PIILARQ NIG LTD ("Piilarq", "we", "us") provides software for managing social-media, advertising, content, analytics and customer-engagement workflows.
Information we process
Depending on the features you use, Piilarq may process account details, workspace settings, connected social or advertising account identifiers, OAuth tokens, campaign configuration, content, analytics, CRM records, support information and technical logs.
Connected platforms
When you connect a supported platform, authorization is performed through that provider's official OAuth or API flow. Piilarq does not ask customers to provide their social-media passwords. Provider credentials and tokens are stored server-side and protected using application security controls.
How we use information
We use information to provide requested services, operate automations, publish or manage content and advertising when authorized, maintain account security, troubleshoot problems, measure product performance, comply with legal obligations and improve Piilarq.
Sharing and service providers
We may send data to third-party platforms and infrastructure providers only as needed to provide features you request. Each connected provider may process data under its own terms and privacy policy. We do not sell customer credentials.
Retention and security
Piilarq applies access controls, workspace isolation and encryption for sensitive credentials. Data is retained only for operational, contractual, security or legal needs, subject to applicable retention settings and legal requirements.
Your choices
You may disconnect provider accounts and request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data. See our Data Deletion page for instructions.

We may update this policy as Piilarq evolves. The current version and its effective date will be published on this page.
