These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Piilarq, a service operated by PIILARQ NIG LTD.
Use of Piilarq
You may use Piilarq only for lawful purposes and only with accounts, content, data and advertising resources that you are authorized to manage. You are responsible for complying with the rules of each connected platform.
Connected accounts and authorization
Piilarq connects to supported providers through official authorization mechanisms. You remain responsible for permissions granted to Piilarq and may disconnect supported provider accounts when you no longer want Piilarq to access them.
Advertising and spend controls
Advertising features are subject to provider availability, provider approval and the limits you configure. Piilarq is designed to respect approved budget ceilings, but you remain responsible for reviewing campaign settings, provider billing arrangements and provider-side account activity.
Service availability
Third-party APIs, social platforms and advertising platforms may change, restrict or suspend access without notice to Piilarq. We may modify or temporarily disable affected features when required for security, compliance or provider compatibility.
Acceptable use
You must not use Piilarq to violate law, infringe rights, distribute malicious content, gain unauthorized access, evade provider safeguards or misrepresent your authority over a connected account.
Liability and responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Piilarq is provided on an "as available" basis. PIILARQ NIG LTD is not responsible for outages, policy changes, enforcement actions or independent decisions made by third-party providers.
Termination and changes
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance or breach of these terms. We may update these terms and will publish the current version on this page.
